Not useful even for a beginner

This book only copies FIDIC 1999 Clauses (1 to 20) and then gives a brief explanation of each clause.
The explanation is not at all informative and only states points which most of us are laready aware.
Not a single case law (UK, American, Australian, Asian) is discussed and no practical implications are highlighted). (Ex: Cl. 20.1, time bar / condition precedent implications).
I would not not even recommend this book to a beginner.
