This book is a must have!

This book is a must have if you or your parents are buying a home in a retirement village. My parents had retired and were looking at a number of retirement villages to move into near where they live. The process was a nightmare as the village options were difficult for both my parents and me to understand. I found this book on Amazon and ordered the Kindle edition. It was an absolute god send for us as the information and advice was exactly what we needed.
The book is very easy to read and the information is both practical and very well informed. It also contains useful tools such as questionnaires to take along when visiting a retirement village, as well as a research comparison checklist and moving house checklist to name a few.

This is a terrific book. It is very comprehensive and having lived in an Australian retirement village for several years I now know how accurate the book really is. The book design is very practical and you can put your finger on just about every related topic in the contents section so no need to read beginning to the end. This guy knows his stuff!
