Not worth reading

I have read Steve's latest book "0 to 260 properties in 7 years" which is a sequel to this book. I found by the 9th chapter I was more and more frustrated with the content. It gave little or no value to the reader full of meaningless examples that served no significance. I keep reading the entire book with optimism that Steve would pull something out of the hat - but as suspected this never eventuated. As for the 100% guarantee I can't see how anyone could profit from his advice as there is no advice given. The book is long winded drawn out and is padded of his so called success and expertise. His methodologies are contrary to other books and are remarkable that Steve claims he is property savvy. I recommend this book to anyone as a guide what not to do.
