Georgia Mulch has drawn upon her experiences as a consultant and facilitator in Australia to share a number of useful ideas on how leaders and teams can better handle feedback.
The book is easy to read, with a number of relevant examples, and she also provides a "cheat sheet" review at the end of each chapter that will likely mirror the highlighting you do as you read it. And you will highlight a lot.
She covers why the current feedback model for most organizations is broken and then how to fix it - sharing how leaders can create safety and then follow her structure for having effective conversations that create ideal outcomes.
I definitely picked up a few ideas that I will be implementing into my own training workshops that will help organizational leaders be more remarkable in delivering feedback that gets results!
